    Chat notifications are enabled, yet in all of our tests since the update agents are not notified of new messages. Any clue what’s happening?

    The guest gets this message: “Please standby for an agent. While you wait for the agent you may type your message.”

    When the guest clicks “Start Chat” to initiate chat, this error message appears in the console:
    user.js?ver=5.2.1:13 Uncaught ReferenceError: ajaxurl is not defined
    at user.js?ver=5.2.1:13

    Our sincerest apologies for the trouble experienced.

    WP Live Chat Support has been removed temporarily for the public on www.remarpro.com due to the reported security issues.

    We are in the process of completely overhauling the plugin security. In the process, we are also improving the overall stability of the plugin.

    For the time being, we recommend that all customers clear their custom JS block under Live Chat -> Settings -> Custom Scripts, after updating to version 8.0.30 which is only available to users who are already using the plugin.

    As a side effect, some instabilities are present, however, we intend on getting these resolved along with our next release.

    We do realize this is not ideal, and our entire development team is working together to get a new public release ready for release within the coming week.
