Chat not working whith my internet provider.

    Hello, I wanted to know what are the server requirements, a specification for an internet provider. The plugin does not work if I am connected to a local Internet provider. I am asking for the requirements that should be met by an internet provider for the plugin to work.

    I am using a modem, type:

    Maybe it should be properly configured?
    I will also add that the chat works on phones, but messages sent by users are not visible on computers nor there is a possibility to write to them.

    Thank you so much for getting in touch, and our apologies for the trouble you are having.

    I can confirm that there are no specific internet service provider requirements. Although there are server requirements, the requirements from internet service providers is simply that you are able to connect.

    With that said, we have seen issues where some sites have some subtle conflicts which prevent connectivity.

    Could I ask you to please run another test from your side? Within the admin area please open your JavaScript console (Chrome: F12 -> Console tab) and report back any errors present in this JavaScript console during your test.

    Ok it works now. I have added to my site an SSL certyificate and now it works prefectly. Thanx anyway for Your support.
