    Hi all,

    I have no more ideas on how to solve this!
    I have an SSL Certificate, domiain is Whitelisted.

    I found in the html code the following code, and by reading all the answers to the support tickets I checked there could be a conflict due to SDK?

    Here’s the code:
    <div id=”fb-root”></div>
    <script>
    (function(d, s, id) {
    var js, fjs = d.getElementsByTagName(s)[0];
    if (d.getElementById(id)) return;
    js = d.createElement(s); js.id = id;
    js.src = “//connect.facebook.net/en_US/all.js#xfbml=1”;
    fjs.parentNode.insertBefore(js, fjs);
    }(document, ‘script’, ‘facebook-jssdk’));

    The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    I’m sorry, here the main question:
    Is this the real problem?
    If so, how can I find which is the plugin that generates this conflict?

    I tried by disableing the most common plugins (ex: Likebox Widget for FB), but that HTML part still remain.

    Thank you

    Hi,

    thank you for the feedback.

    I’ve double checked if the domain is whitelisted from my FB page, and it is.
    I tried to find out some relations between theme and fb, but I did not find anything related to FB from the settings.

    What should I send to you via messenger? Do you need my admin credentials to the website?

    P.s: the theme that I’m using is named “AllStar – WordPress Club Theme” (https://themeforest.net/item/allstar-wordpress-club-theme/12804758)

    Thank you very much,
    regards,
    Edoardo

    We are not sure, but for a movement please test by uninstall the member ship plugin installed on your website,

    Have a Great Day,
    Thank you

    Hi,

    unfortunately nothing has changed.
    I’ve disabled the plugin “Members” and “Ultimate Member”.

    Were you meaning that I should uninstall them completely? Disable them is not enough?

    If it could be easier for you I could send to you the list of installed plugins.

    Thank you very much for your help,
    regards,
    Edoardo
