Chat not loading with W3 Total Cache Minify JS Caching

    Hi,

    I’ve read the FAQ etc that Quick Chat should now work with caching i.e. W3 Total Cache but I have found in my implementation that this isn’t true.

    If I turn on Minify caching which decreases JS file size and load the chat page; I just get ‘Loading’ and it never loads.

    Now without the Minify caching my website speed scores a Page Speed Grade of D but if I turn it on I get improved to a B.

    Is there any way that you know of that I can get Minify JS caching working with this plugin?

  • I’m Got the exact same error in testing (3.8.1)

    “loading” is all it ever says unless you turn off Minify JS
