Chat not loading on Safari

  • The chat will not load on Safari. The rest of the page loads fine and there are no errors on the console. I just get the “loading the chat” in the window forever. Suggestions? Works fine in Chrome and FF.

    Safari Version 17.5 (19618.2.12.11.6)

    Hello! I installed chat on my website and 2 users already reported that the chat doesn’t want to load on Safari on different hardware. Thy have to wait very long time… Any chances to fix that problem?
