Chat interface disappeared

  • the chat widget can be shown as usual at the right bottom of every page, but once the agent accepts the chat request, on the customer’s side, the chat interface is keeping flashing and gets disappeared. all other functions are good.

    It’s strange, i even started define(‘SCRIPT_DEBUG’, true); in the config.php to debug, and found nothing special in developer’s console.I changed several browser, the problem persists.

    I deleted the tawkto plugin and tried to add the widget javascript to the theme, same problem.

    Anyone knows what might cause this? it seems to be a Javascript conflict to me. I have 4 wordpress sites with 4 different theme, all other 3 tawkto widgets are working well.
