Chat id number repeated

  • Hi,

    When I insert a new chat into a content block I notice that sometimes the chat id number given is the same of a previvious created chat. And the given ids are not incrementing logically. Sometimes the number increase or decrease randomly.

    How can I avoid or fix this?

    How are you doing today?

    I tested this by adding chat shortcode to multiple pages and I can confirm that the numeric value is not increasing but rather adding random values, I couldn’t reproduce getting the same ID as on other pages.

    Let me ask for some feedback from our developer so we can see could there be a possible issue and/or what can we do about it.
