Chat icon unresponsive

When I installed the plugin the chat bubble icon was unresponsive, so I’m trying to figure out what’s going on. Perhaps it’s a plugin conflict, but I couldn’t identify any known issues with clients or plugins used on our website other than Cloudflare. (I currently have the plugin deactivated while I troubleshoot.)

And the PHP log says PHP Warning: session_start(): Cannot start session when headers already sent in /home/s1/html/wp-content/plugins/wp-live-chat-support/functions.php on line 4735[04-Nov-2019 16:06:09 UTC].
