Chat icon not shown

    The chat icon does not appear in the bottom right corner of any page. If I add [mwai_chatbot id=”default”] to a page, the icon only appears in the bottom right corner of that page.
    Is this normal?
    v2.6.3

    If you want the chatbot to appear on every page of your website as a pop-up, ensure you are using the site-wide option. Otherwise, this is the expected behavior.
