Hello @raymond621 , as specified in the first sticky post in this support forum titled “WARNING: Litespeed and other cache plugins user”, you need to exclude all files inside wp-content/plugins/wp-live-chat-support

how do I exclude an entire folder inside the cache plugin?

ok I managed to get it displayed by ecluding some js file from litespeed cache. Under desktop mode, how do I enable sound notification when I receive a message from a visitor?

Currently, it is just showing a notification of a message on the upper right corner when the desktop 3cx is opened.
