Chat icon is not showing

Please try excluding our plugin from AutoOptimize and let me know if this help at all? This plugin has been known to cause issues with the chat displaying on the page.

Actually, it isn’t a cache problem, chat icon was just appearing with DELAY.
Now working good again, without doing something with Autoptimize. Plugin loads some data from your servers before chat icon appears, right?
When it was appearing with delay, I noticed that it takes time to display chat icon on your website too, now it appears fast too, I think it’s a server problem.

Please tell me, your plugin loads data from external server, before it can be used, right?

So glad to hear it’s now working as expected.

Our plugin loads all dependencies from your website, none are loading from our side in this case.

Please confirm if you haven’t set a delay on the chat window under ‘Live Chat’ -> ‘Settings’ -> ‘Chat Box’ in the popup delay? If you have, may I recommend setting it to 0 so that the chat window loads on page load?

Hi, problem is kinda solved now, sometimes when it’s not showing again, I log in, it appearing again, I log out, now it’s showing again.

Setting a delay for chatbox is available for PRO users only, I’m using free version.
