    Hi, I want to know if the small button chat icon (two quotation marks) which shows when the chat is hidden … can this be changed to some other icon for an alert (like exclamation marks?) in the circular black shape that contains the icon?

    I am using the notification box option (not faux chat) so I need some other icon image here instead of the chat icon of “two quotes”

    I hope I can change the con to …

    1. either the word “ALERT” or
    2. use exclamation marks as the icon
    3. or use an icon of a bell

    … anything that suggests a notification of urgency, instead of quotes which seemed to be the standard icon for a chat.

    Hi, there’s not currently a way to change the icon, sorry about that.
