Chat doesn’t load on Iphone/Safari

  • It was reported before but maybe a new topic will give motivation to the creators to find the problem.

    The users reports that the chat doesn’t work on Safari on imac or iphone devices. It keeps loading but nothing appear on the screen. It takes few very long minutes on iphone to get loaded.

    Any chances for updates?

    Hello,

    Initial tests revealed that it is working well on Safari. Would you please describe what version of Safari you used? Also – what is the exact version of iPhone.

    Hello!

    Thanx for your response. The problem is probably not related to chat itself but to the installed theme. The users reports me that the page is loaded very very long. I’ll try to contact theme support.
