Chat does not load messages (1000+)

    Hi,

    So we had maintenance issues yesterday so my site was shutdown for a few hours. When I brought it back online I noticed the chat wasn’t loading messages, and I could not post a message. If I write something, it’s not showing it.

    I have quite a bit of traffic and people use the WiseChat quite a bit to leave messages.

    I see there are 1028 messages (I downloaded the CSV file but I don’t know what to do with it).

    How do I restore the messages and get the chat to function normally?
