    Hello

I’ve used the shortcode [watson-chat-box] on a WordPress site to embed the chat dialog alongside some introductory text. The page has been created using Elementor.

When going to the page from a mobile the chat dialog shows up fine.

Tapping in the “Type a Message” box causes the mobile device (iPhone) keyboard to pop-up so that text can be entered.

However, the Watson dialog disappears so you can’t see what you’re typing as the top half of the screen scrolls to the top of the page, and if scroll down whilst the keyboard is still up and the Watson dialog is nowhere to be seen!

Is this known “behaviour” or is there a trick I’m missing to make sure that the Watson dialog stays on screen as one types.

    Thank you!
