Chat conversations between two specific members

1- Can an admin create a conversation between multiple participants without being in the conversation?
2- In a conversation can the profiles be hidden?

Here is my scenario, I as an admin want to create conversation between two of my customers, so only these two can be part of the conversation, for example coversation1 between customer1 and customer2 and another conversation2 between customer3 and customer4 and so on. Any advice how this can be done? Not sure how or the best way to do that?
