Chat buuble does not appear on mobile

    just installed the pluign and connected it to our page, but when i surf to the site (https://omjb.be) on mobile the bubble is not shown.

    any ideas ?

    Hi @kyzoe,

    Thanks for getting in touch. I checked out your site on both iOS Safari, and Android Chrome, and in both cases the plugin was visible and loaded okay. It looks like it’s all working fine now. I’ll close this out as resolved, but feel free to reply if you are still experiencing any difficulties.
