Chat bubble snippet not showing up on live site

First, let me apologize in advance, as I’m fairly certain I’m overlooking something obvious.

I am attempting to load a javascript snippet to my site to activate a Chat Bubble feature from House Call Pro. I have designated it as Javascript, indicated a site wide allocation, and directed the location to the header. It is set to appear on all devices, and has an active status.

Once loaded, it does not appear on my site. I have cleared the cache several times, and yet the problem persists.
