Chat box not showing on the users end

Could I ask you to navigate to Live Chat -> Settings -> Offline Messages -> And confirm if you have enabled the option labelled ‘Do not allow users to send offline messages’?

When you log out of your website, you are automatically marked as ‘offline’ in which case an offline version of the chat box will be shown.

However, if this option is enabled, the chat box will not load when offline as you may have opted to disable the offline message system.

I have not enabled that option, I just logged in to check, and its unchecked currently.

I’m confused. I’ve done whatever that you think. Even there were some step, I’ve checked them unfortunatelly didn’t work.
I got this messege on different browsers and different devices:
