Chat box not opening

I’ve installed the plugin. The URL to connect to the chat is correct, I am able to create a button and insert the Chat2Talk link and it works – did this on the Contact Page. However, when I place the code in the widget text (footer) the icon will appear, but it appears “dead” it will not allow you to select.

I’ve attempted to do this by entering shortcode, full HTML code and nothing works. I’ve also attempted to do it by inserting it directly on the page instead of using widget.
