Chat box no appearing under certain pages and user

    Hi Support

    Under settings, you can choose specific pages to include chat box. Product pages and category pages are not visible under settings. So this puglin cannot allow only chat box to appear in shop/product/category pages?

    Also the chat box only appears when I am logged in as admin. When I log out or visit my site via incognito, the chat box icon which is usually located on the bottom right of page, does not appear.

    Is this a private support? I do not wish to reveal login details and page url of my shop.

    I will also like to add that I am using litespeeed cache. It seems the caching plugin is making the chat box not loading on any pages.

    Hi @raymond621, cache plugins can interfere with our live chat plugin. Be sure to exclude 3CX Live Chat plugin URLs from caching in order to avoid malfunctions.

    Hello @raymond621, it’s confirmed that Litespeed plugin breaks our JS code. We suggest either to disable the plugin, or configure it to ignore our JS code. Best option is to ignore the entire content of wp-content/plugins/wp-live-chat-support .
