Chat box doesn't slide up, doesn't open

It looks like your theme is loading an outdated version of jQuery, and as a result of this, there is an error on your page.

For me, the problem was a lightbox which use jquery. I deactivate it and now livechat work fine.

I’ll see to this probleme later.

Another problem is that I can’t visualize the chat box for non-logged users, even if I set that it should be visible for everybody…does anybody know why?
