Chat box doesn’t load

Hi,
Although I connected the plugin to my Facebook business page, all I get is an empty box with no cursor when I test it. Please let me know if I’m doing something wrong and/or how to fix it. Thank you!

Hi,
The most common fix for this issue is to make sure your facebook fanpage is VISIBLE TO EVERYONE including age and country.
