    Hi there,

    Chat bot keeps showing on pages after I set the rules to hide pages when I logout and log back in under another test user account.

    When I set the rules for a particular user account that’s logged in, when I set the rules to hide the chat box for pages that I don’t want the chat to show, after I log out and back in with another test user account the rules that I setup are lost.

    Is this a pro feature?

    Also I have user accounts that are associated with WordPress and BuddyPress with avatars, is there any way to identify each unique user that I am chatting with photo? Or is this also a pro feature?

    Hi Naomi!

    Sorry for such a late follow-up!

    The pages you have added should be visible after clicking the “Edit” text under Chat Visibility. Are you not able to see them there? It is not a paid feature.

    The Operators Avatar are also available in the Free plan and can be changed in Settings > Account manually by every Operator, and once someone is chatting with that Operator, then they will be able to see his Avatar.
    If you are talking about adding Avatars to Visitors, then I’m afraid that it is not possible yet!
