    On mobile browsers I am getting ‘ERROR:invalid token’, which I think is related to charts. I get the error on Safari and Firefox, but not on Chrome. I tried changing the chart settings from updating every 24 hours to real time, but still get the error. Is there anything else I should try? Thanks!

    Hi @ucgf,

    Sorry to hear you encountered an issue. ??

    May we know where you see the error? Is it in the browser console?

    We visited your site using Firefox but didn’t see anything amiss.

    Hi Kim,

    Thanks – its only happening on mobile, and on the second page load or after. Clearing the cache worked on Chrome, but not on Safari or Firefox as far as I can tell. I get the error message as many times as I have charts and the charts don’t appear. Here are some screenshots below (Firefox, Chrome, Safari). Just let me know if any other information would be useful!

    Hi @ucgf,

    Thank you for the screenshots!

    Could you try adding the following to your charts’ Advanced Options?

    { "killToken": true }

    Example: https://share.zight.com/DOu1NmE5

    The killToken option removes the token check which is added to each request by default to prevent unauthorized usage of data sources.

    Let us know if that works! ??
