Charts not showing up after update

After updating to 1.6.6 (from 1.6.4), charts are not showing up anymore.
JS console says:
11:42:13.748 TypeError: oTable_Datentotal_col.columns is not a function1 https://www.somedomain.com:289:3
Any idea what is wrong?
