Hello – since a recent update(?) charts aren’t displaying properly when using Safari on a Mac. They just hang. Sometimes they display after a minute or so!

    Works OK in Chrome.

    Any suggestions?

    Thanks!

    Hi @simonp820,

    Thanks for choosing Visualizer!

I added a couple of charts on a page from my test instance and checked it on Safari and they render properly for me. Could you please deactivate the rest of the plugins from your site and check if the issue persists, since it may occur due to a plugin conflict on your end? To check this safely, you could install the Health Check & Troubleshooting plugin plugin, enable the troubleshooting mode which will deactivate all plugins, reactivate Visualizer and check if the issue persists. If the problem doesn’t occur anymore, it means it was indeed caused by a plugin conflict and you should reactivate the plugins one by one, until you find the culprit. Then, replace that plugin with an alternative one.

    I hope this helps!

    Hi,

I’ve done that and found it’s the AdRotate Professional plugin that appears to be clashing (https://ajdg.solutions/plugins/). It auto insects an ad at the bottom of every WordPress post.

    Unfortunately, we need that plugin!

Are you able to resolve this? We’re happy to pay for a solution.

    Thanks.

    Hello @simonp820!

From what I can see, that plugin is a premium one, so unfortunately we can’t check or debug the issue. You could address this issue to the plugin authors since they should be able to test the compatibility with Visualizer.

    Have a nice day!
