Charts/Graphs not displaying

Thanks for the information @jacqueschoquette ! Could you try the following:

1) In an incognito window, could you reset Site Kit from the Dashboard by going to Site Kit > Settings > Admin Settings > Reset Site Kit

2) If the issue persists, could you share any errors you get in the browser console.

I tired the incognito window already no luck. It seems this may be theme related. I am using enfold theme. When I switch to twenty nineteen the charts display? Going to try and get support from the theme developer. Thanks for your assistance.

@jacqueschoquette Nice troubleshooting. Please share any update you receive. It;s worth also checking if your WP REST API is enabled. It can sometimes be disabled via a plugin, function or theme setting. Add the following to the end of your website address to check.
/?rest_route=/

Thanks, I just updated and reset while in incognito mode. The problem is still present. The charts do not load. All I see is the loading animation where the charts should render.

The theme developer is not giving much help either.

@felix16 Just following up with you in relation to your previous issue with Site Kit setup. We have made some significant updates to the plugin as of version 1.1.2, which addresses the issue you were encountering.

This issue was never resolved for me either. Although i do think this is primarily theme related. If you switch to a default theme the charts load. Unfortunately enfold support does not want to provide much assistance in resolving the issue.

@jacqueschoquette is correct. It’s related to the Enfold theme. This issue is open to track investigation on our side. I’ll keep this thread open to provide updates.

@jacqueschoquette just a follow up that the recent version of Site Kit 1.3.0 released with a fix for the conflict with the Enfold theme. Thanks for your early help with reporting the issue!
