Charts Builder – DB access error

    Hi,

    I have a strange behaviour in our website.

    We actually created a connection to the database, we can connect and create datable apps for example, getting all data but, when we try to create charts we got a connection error to the database(“ERROR: Access denied for user ‘xxxxx’@’%’ to database ‘xxxx’). Apparently the database and user are correct in the message.

    I didn’t understand why we are having this issue in Charts app when tables are working? We tried to find a connection configuration for the charts but we din’t find it.

    Could you please help us with this issue?

    Could you tell us where you’re seeing this error? Do you have a screenshot?
