Chart Question

    I have a problem with chart on my wordpress, in which it is supposed to show the employees on intranet theme, but the chart isn’t in the correct resolution (witdh), so it’s only shows partially the chart while the rest get out of the page.

    Does anybody knows how to resolve this issue ?

    Hi there!

    Have you tried reaching out to the theme’s author about this?

    I want to say it sounds like something simple as a CSS fix but it can be hard to really say for certain. Are you able to post a link to the site in question? Have you taken any steps to try and resolve this yet and if so, what have you done?

    Hey, and no I haven’t, I’m new into wordpress and don’t know much how to solve problems about it.

    I have tried to change the shortcode [org_chart] to add width to reduce the size of it but didn’t work, and the style of it I don’t know which part is of the chart.

    Got it!

    So it sounds like you are using a plugin to create that chart, correct? Try contacting the plugin author about it so they can help you out. A lot of them are super great at supporting their plugins.

    As I said, it could be something dealing with CSS which would be easy to fix with some CSS plugin or child theme.

    Yes, I’m using the plugin “Employess” for the chart, and I just posted a topic on simpleintranet.org about this.
