chart display not working

I developed a totally new version from our project-website, on the same server.

I installed all new files from the plugin in a fresh, new wp.

All conditions nearly the same, like another project on the same server (where everything works allright), except of php 7.3.5 – this new version runs on php 7.3.5, an the interpretations works well – but the natal chart dont drawing … I switched it back to 7.0 -> there is no image generating … I tried a lot …

GD is installed.
Imagick also … – other tools works fine with that ..

What could that be … ?!
