Charset issue

Hi. I have an issue displaying latin characters in my list. I may need to add the following lines in the header of the plugin:

<meta http-equiv=”Content-Type” content=”text/html; charset=UTF-8″/>

I just don′t know wich one is the correct file.

Would someone tell me wich is the file where I should add that line?
