I use UTF-8 Charset on my website. The Mail-subject of NOTIFICATION-plugin sent Emails is not UTF-8 compatible.

So, the subject looks like this, if there is ?,ü,?, etc. is comprised.

    =?UTF-8?Q?Neuer_Kommentar_zu_”Die_Magier, _ganz_nah_aber_nicht_ganz_dicht_?= – F?LLT AUS!!!”

    Can you change this?

Here is an example, how to do…

We cannot replicate this issue and we are using UTF-8 by default.

If you want to define a custom header, you can enable this in Notifications -> Settings -> Carriers -> Email -> Allow to configure email headers.

Then you’ll be able to create the charset header on the Notification edit screen.
