Charity Donations

The payPal account that I am trying to link to is a registered charity with PayPal so when the button is clicked I get the following error message: This organisation doesn’t accept donations through this link.
If I use the PayPal donate link in your app instead the page returns this message: This organisation’s page is broken.

How can I create a link to this charity PayPal accout using your plugin (or the paid plugin)? I need to be able to accept donations through the website that I am able to reference correctly i.e. General Funds, Food Bank Donations, Sponsor Aran etc
