Charging my Credit Card without asking for my permission

  • I just got billed for another year licence without even asking me if I wish to and without even asking me for my permission, this means they have my Credit Card details and they can charge whatever and whenever they want to without me giving them any permission !!!

    this screams plain wrong and unprofessional, I sent them an e-mail to refund me, I am literally out of words !!

  • As a heads-up you wont get an email response. As everyone else who has been scammed you need to call your credit card company, charge back, and then change card #.
