Charges for what competitors do for free

    Samer, in recognition of the hard work you put into this plugin I’ve upgraded my rating to 3 stars. Your plugin does work. I do not have any problem with offering an ‘upgraded’ (premium) version that adds more features (as long as a ‘free’ version doesn’t get too aggressive in promoting the Premium version). I simply think that IF you’re going to offer a free version it should *at least* provide the same competitive features as other free versions available. Reserving a basic function such as field mapping to all available fields for a paid version when others do the same simple function for free does not sit right and is what keeps your plugin from getting a higher rating, but it does work so I feel 3 stars (not the 1 I originally gave it) is more fair.

    Works fine but this plugin offers some functions as part of their Premium (paid) version that other Infusionsoft add-ons and plugins do for free, such as mapping custom fields. I’m all for offering more sophisticated functions at a price, but I can’t see paying for something this simple when the plugin I was considering replacing does it at no charge. Going to stick with what I’ve got.

    i am sorry to hear about your experience, we have worked on this plugin for 2+ years, we have included all of the basic functionality out of the box which you should be able to use free of charge. we do our best to support the product for “free” of charge on these forums and through our website. we are a startup and strive to make sure that each and every one of our customers are 1000% happy. we offer an upgrade to those who are interested in additional functionality. please remember we have expenses, we have a team, we have to pay for all of this. personally, i do not feel that this has anything to do with the product itself.
