Charge users to create content

So here’s one I’ve really struggled to find a possible solution for (mostly because the obvious question I won’t be answering is “Why would you even want this” lol)

I’m looking for a way to allow users to generate a very specific type of content/post but charge them to submit it.

Anyone done anything like this before? Know of a plugin/mix of plugins that may do this?

I know it’s quite an unusual request, so not expecting much in the way of replies, but thought it would be worth an ask.
