Charge the shipping more than once

    Hi,
    So I created a set of rules for my products, based on weight an volume. The last rule I set was max. 1200 kg for x currency. It might happen, that my clients order products that are more than this in total. I would like fish&ships to charge the fee for the products that fulfill the last rule, but the remaining products to be calculated again from the rules I set. So if someone buys stuff that weights 2400 kg, charge the customer 2*last-rules-price, but if they buy stuff weighting 1560 kg, then 1*last-rule-price + 1*rules-price-that-matches.

    I hope you can understand what I mean. Can you help me with this? Thank you in advance!

    Hi Regina, thanks for your interest. In the free version, you have to create one rule per each range, or use the (price * weight) or (composite: once + [price * weight]) in wider ranges (anyway, a rule for each range).

    In Pro version you can use our “ranges” to save the work to add much rules, or some special actions like math formula.

    Hi!

    So we decided to buy the Pro version, and I set the ranges as you suggested. It worked fine but we noticed a mistake we made, so I had to fix some prices. And then it just stopped working properly. Now it doesn’t start over the calculations, but simply not showing any of the set shipping methods, only the option to take it personally.

    I have 6 different zones with 4 different shipping methods each. The methods I have Problem with has these kind of rules:

    Selection conditions: where Volume is between 0-115299 cm3 and weight is between 40-150 kg. The shipping cost is based on ranges by volumetric set calculations which are the following: flat cost is 20100 Ft, the per-range Charge is the same. Foreach range starts with 40 kgs, and flat cost until 150kg. Group products by all grouped together.

    I have 11 rules set in these methods, based on the same conditions, the only change is of course the weight and Volume ranges and the price.

    Am I doing something wrong here? How come that one slight change in 1 shipping method made the whole calculation-process stop working?

    I did not installed any new plugins or made any other changes then mentioned. Thank you for your help!
