    Hi there,

I sell an online course for €69. I want to include the tax for EU purchases so I enabled that option but today someone from the UAE bought a course and it charged them €57.02 (€69 – 21% – I’m based in Spain).

I want everyone to pay €69 regardless of whether I include the VAT or not. How do I set that up?

    Can you assist, please?

    Hi,

I assume that you are referring to the option labelled “Same net prices everywhere” ? If that is so, then I can only refer you to the help text displayed directly under it:

“This turns on WooCommerce’s experimental feature to change the base price of products in order to achieve the same final (after tax) price for buyers all locations (whatever their tax rate). Note that it is still WooCommerce core that performs all pricing calculations (this option just exposes the core feature); we cannot provide support for calculation issues. More information

    Thank you,
    David

Thank you for your assistance, David. I’ll turn on that feature and test it.

    Kind regards
    Jody
