Characters Not Appearing Correctly in Feed

In the RSS feed in our site, some characters are not displaying correctly. We have an example to illustrate this. Here is the feed we are pulling from (https://forum.tnbcfoundation.org/active_topics.asp). Notice the last 2 lines (TNBC Foro en Espa?ol : Apoyo a mi pareja). There is a special character (n with accent). Now look at our how page feed (https://www.tnbcfoundation.org/). The feed is in the box on the right side of the page. This is how the line of text appears (TNBC Foro en Español : Apoyo a mi pareja).
Is there anything we can do to make the feed on our home page show special characters properly?
