“&” characters in Category names get replaced with “& amp;”

    Hi,

    I have noticed that special character & in suggested Category Titles gets replaced with it’s HTML equivalent & amp; (without spaces, had to add those because forum was converting them into that character).

    This only happens in Suggestions window too, because Details window displays it properly.

    Can we fix that please?
