Characters don’t show properly on customized emails

    Hi,

    Currently, non-Latin characters are only supported for the email body and not the subject as the email subject supports very limited Unicode symbols.

    If you wish to change the from email address going out then you will have to opt for our Your Gateway Plan. You are currently using miniOrange gateway for sending emails so it won’t be possible to change the from email address ([email protected]).

    Your Gateway Plan allows you to use your own SMTP gateway provider to send out emails. Hence, you can choose your own from address going out in the email.
