    The basics, basically;

    Character Name
    Stats
    Campaign
    Skills
    Equipment
    Etc.

    I have ideas, but yours would be helpful.

    @mythusmage,

    If you want your site visitors to share their knowledge, character name and etc. on your site, then you can use the form and have front end submissions to display the entries. If you want to use it for another purpose, I will need more details on that.
