Chaotic Box editing

Ok has anyone else noticed how jacked this is. You click on the edit tab, to edit a text box, then the box pulls out of your site and ‘sticks’ to your cursor, then good luck unsticking it and resetting to where you wanted it. and all you wanted to do was edit the text.. I mean this is jacked and has happened to me at least 20-30 times. is this a glitch with the program, the online editing or what. Its beyond maddening.
