    Hi,

    channels are created on first use. All you need to do is to install chat via shortcode and specify which channel to open, for example – to open three channels:

    Channel 1:
    [wise-chat channel=”My channel 1″]

    Channel 2:
    [wise-chat channel=”My channel 2″]

    Channel 3:
    [wise-chat channel=”My channel 3″]

    It’s better to install each channel on separate WordPress page / post.
