Changing/Adding Links to the Topmost Navigation Menu

I’ve been trying to find a way to add a custom link to the topmost navigation menu. By default it displays a HOME link followed by any pages you’ve created. I want to add a link to my forums, and to other stuff and don’t seem to be able to find any way to do this.

If I navigate to Configure Header Area then the first option is Configure Header Area which allows me to add text AFTER the topmost pages navigation bar, but not before/between it.
