Changing Zoom on single page

Hello everyone,

I was wondering if there is a way which i can change the zoom level too 90% on the page that shows my mingle forums – https://outofcontrolvideos.com/forums/ as i beleive the forums are easier to read and look nicer at this level. I still need the rest of the site to be at the normal level for flash games & videos to show correctly
