Changing your side bar with a template

Hello, I’ve had lots of help on here which I am very grateful for! I have two issues with my current theme.

I want to change my sidebar with the template I have (which is at https://www.footprintsmusic.ca ). I got a plugin (called Sidebar Generator) that is suppose to let me have a different sidebar on each page which is what I want but it doesn’t seem to work. The creator explains to alter code that just doesn’t exist. Is there another way to get different sidebars? I am not that tech savvy but understand how wordpress works.

Also, the photos on my page that fade in an out are out of sequence the first time through then works. I have uploaded all new photos and I get the same problem. Anyone know how this could be fixed?
