Changing /wp-admin/ directory

Hi there guys,

I’m little bit curious about this.
How I change the /wp-admin/ directory to personalize directory?
Example : from https://www.example.com/wp-admin/ to https://www.example.com/custom-directory/

From what I searched before and all I’ve got is just renaming login url from /wp-admin to another link.
And even trying to force renaming , and my site is broken.

If there any way to change it?
And could you please give the links?
