Changing weight and dimension units

    I have everything all set up and for some reason the weight units set to kg and dimensions set to cm. I am using a FedEx shipping plugin. Will the shipping calculations get messed up if I switch over to pounds and inches?

  • Hi there,

    When you switch from kg, cm to pound, inches, the prior entered dimensions’ numerical values will remain unchanged and so they will be interpreted as pound, inches. eg a 1 kg product will be interpreted as a 1 pound product.

    It will mess up your shipping computation.

    I figured I would have to change all of the values to reflect pounds and inches. I was just worried it would mess up the calculations after I did that.
